What we collect
Contact details you give us (WhatsApp number, email), trip details (dates, flight, hotel), and, for the e-visa service only, the passport data and photo needed for the application.
Why we use it
We use the details in your order only to process the order and to send you updates about it. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
The partners who deliver your booked services (fast-track, SIM, pickup) and, for e-visa applications, the Vietnamese government e-visa system. Each receives only what is needed. Cloudflare (Turnstile and D1) and Telegram process order data for us.
How long we keep it
Orders you send through the form on this website are deleted after 30 days. The Telegram notification holds only the order reference, the service, the travel date, the nationality and the given name, and that notification is deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Under Law 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, which replaced Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on 1 January 2026, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Contact us through chat, WhatsApp or email. If a breach could harm you, we notify the personal-data authority within 72 hours of discovery (Law 91/2025/QH15 Article 23; Decree 356/2025/ND-CP Article 28) and we inform affected users.
