Fast-track

Airport fast-track on arrival

Queues at immigration can be long when several international flights land together. Fast-track gives you a person who knows the process and stays with you until you're through.

Quick answer

Airport fast-track is a meet-and-assist service: a staff member from our partner meets you after you leave the plane and accompanies you through arrival formalities, using priority lanes where the airport offers them. It saves time and stress, especially after a long flight or with family.

What's included

  • Staff member waiting for you with your name on arrival
  • Help with arrival formalities and documents
  • Priority lane where the airport provides one
  • Hand-over to your driver if you also book pickup

How it works

  1. Send your flight number, arrival date and number of travelers in chat.
  2. We confirm availability at your airport and the price in writing.
  3. Before you fly, fill in the free pre-arrival declaration (we'll remind you).

Good to know

  • Waiting time depends on the airport and flight volume. Fast-track reduces it but no one can control the queue.
  • Immigration decisions are made by border officers. Fast-track does not replace a valid visa or exemption.
  • These service fees are per person for Noi Bai (HAN) and Cam Ranh (CXR). Tan Son Nhat is not offered.

International passengers arriving by air without a Vietnamese passport now fill in a free online pre-arrival declaration and show the QR code at immigration. You can submit it up to about 3 days before arrival on prearrival.immigration.gov.vn. It is free; we never charge for it and we'll remind you before your trip.

Not always.
